Founded in 1970 by Shri Vipan Aggarwal, Krishna Auto Industries began as an engineering enterprise manufacturing precision components for Indian Railways.
Over the decades, the company evolved with India’s changing infrastructure requirements—progressing from railway components and electrical castings to pipeline products and water infrastructure solutions.
Under the leadership of Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal, the company entered the water sector in 1990 and subsequently expanded into ductile iron fittings in 2004–05. In 2020, Mr. Sanyam Aggarwal joined the family business and introduced KRIMCO, extending the portfolio into resilient seated sluice valves.
